Your order is packed by a small team of great people who do their best to get your order out within 1-2 business days of it being placed. However, during a sale period, high volumes mean that fulfillment can sometimes take a little longer. We appreciate your patience. Please also note that the quoted shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include packing time. For example, if you choose a quote for 2-day shipping, your total estimated delivery time is 3-4 days (possibly a little longer during a sale). If it’s critical that your package arrive by a certain day please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you find the best shipping option.

How quickly will my order ship?

We process orders within 24 hours. International orders take 48 hours to process. This does not include weekend or national holidays. During a sale or near Christmas there may be a delay in processing your order due to high volume. Our free and flat rate shipping options ship by letter mail without tracking. After your order is processed and shipped, it could take up to 5 days to arrive in Canada or 7 days in the USA.

What shipping options are available?

Most of our products ship for free. You can select additional shipping options like tracking and expedited delivery on the checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States. Flat rate shipping is shown on the checkout page. By 2021 we will be able to ship to  United Kingdom, and Australia. Please check back for updates. 

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

If you make a mistake on your order, you must contact us right away. We are not able to cancel or change any orders after they have been shipped.

Can I track my order?

Free shipping does not include tracking. To track your shipment, you must select Xpress Post when checking out. If you select Xpress Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

US customers must select the tracking option at checkout. A tracking number will be sent by email once the package is shipped. 

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Sometimes packages get lost in the mail. It is very rare but it does happen. To offer you free shipping, all of our products are shipped via letter mail without tracking. Orders within Canada may take up to 5 business days to arrive. International orders may take up to 12 business days to arrive. If you live in Canada and your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we will resend with tracking at no additional cost. If you live outside of Canada and have not received your order within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will resend with tracking at no additional cost.
